What We Believe
We believe in one God, the Creator of all things, who is infinitely perfect and exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He sent his only son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins, so that we may have eternal life with Him in heaven.
About Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the one true God and true Man. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, but paid the ultimate sacrifice by dying on the cross for the sins of all men. He physically arose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is now at the right hand of the Father.
About the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment. He guides, instructs, and empowers the believer to live a Christ-like life.
About the Bible
We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is God’s word, written by man, inspired by God and is infallible and complete.
We believe that salvation is the deliverance from the power and effects of sin by God’s intervention. Obedience is evidence of salvation, for that reason, it is not earned by obedience. The death of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only grounds for justification (being declared right) and salvation.
